William E. Zielke joined Asia Development Capital in February 2006 and assisted in the formation of Automotive Advisory Partners LLC. Zielke is currently the Managing Partner of Automotive Advisory Partners. Prior to joining AAP, Mr. Zielke was an Executive with General Motors and Delphi retiring in November 2005 after more than 26 years with General Motors and Delphi. During his career at GM/Delphi Zielke spent more than 20 years in various executive positions in automotive and non – automotive fields. These executive positions in several divisions included global leadership roles directing Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Planning, Intellectual Property Management, OEM Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Marketing, Service Engineering, Manufacturing, and Field Service. Included in these assignments was a four year assignment residing in Europe. Highlights of his career included acquiring companies; negotiating joint ventures; serving as a member of the Board of Directors of JVs in China, Korea, Russia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Western Europe, and Mexico; opening non-traditional markets for GM/Delphi engineered components. Prior to joining GM, Zielke was an independent small business owner in Northern Illinois. Zielke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago. He has completed continuing executive education at INSEAD, Duke, Northwestern University, Thunderbird, and University Of Michigan.

Jay K. Ganatra joined AAP in August 2006. Since retiring from General Motors, Mr. Ganatra had been serving as a Senior Advisor for BBK Ltd. During his career at GM, Jay had a wide range of international experiences including the Chairman and Managing Director of GM Egypt, and Chairman and Managing Director of GM Zaire. While based in the USA, Jay served as the General Director of International New Business Development where he was the lead negotiator for the establishment of the first automotive JV in Russia and also led the negotiation of the first automotive JV in India. Other assignments included Director of International Operations – GM Truck and Bus Group; Chief Engineer GM Korea; Technical Management Consultant to Isuzu Motors in Tokyo, Japan; and Manager of the Chassis Business Unit for GM Truck and Bus. Mr. Ganatra received a BS in Math and Physics from the University of Bombay India; a BSEE, MSEE, and MBA from Wayne State University; and completed the Senior International Executive Program at Columbia University in New York City.
Ashok Goyal joined Automotive Advisory Partners in October 2006. Prior to joining AAP, Mr. Goyal was with Ford Motor Company for 40 years and held management positions in Powertrain engineering, Powertrain technology assessment, Corporate Due Diligence and Vehicle Program management and launch. He retired as a Senior Management Executive in November, 2005. During his career with Ford, Mr. Goyal held several international assignments including the Vehicle Line Director for Ford/Mazda joint programs (based in Hiroshima for 5 years); Director of the Ford Hiroshima office; Ikon Program Director (designed Ikon for India, South Africa and Mexico markets); Launched the Ford Escort in India in record time; Directed the launch of the Escape/Tribute/Mazda 3 in China, ASEAN, and South Africa. From a strategic perspective, Ashok was responsible for developing the strategies to launch Ford Europe vehicles in the Asian markets. Ashok led Product Development team for Daewoo acquisition Due Diligence, and directed development of Ford Motor Powertrain strategies. Mr. Goyal has received several patents and has published numerous articles. He holds a B.S. in Physics and Math from Rajasthan University (Jaipur, India); a BSME from Jodhpur University; and a Masters of Mechanical Engineering from the University of California-Berkeley.
Peter Ciampa joined Automotive Advisory Partners in August 2006. Peter retired from Delphi in 2003. During his career at Delphi and GM, Mr. Ciampa held Executive positions including responsibilities for Government Contracts negotiation and management for the Dynamics and Propulsion sector; Director of Technology Alliances; Director Of Sales and Marketing for hybrid and electric vehicle components; and Director of Sales and Marketing for the Delco Remy division of GM. Prior to joining GM/Delphi, Mr. Ciampa was an executive at Hughes Aircraft. While at Hughes, he led the New Business Development activity for the GM electric vehicle program; was the Operations Director for the Tactical Systems Division; and held various leadership positions relating to government contracting and government funding. Prior to joining Hughes, Peter was an officer in the United States Navy. Mr. Ciampa graduated from Lehigh University with a BS in Finance and has completed continuing Executive education programs at the University of Michigan and various Department of Defense programs. Mr. Ciampa is also a past president of the US Fuel Cell Council.
Manuel Martinez joined Asia Development Capital LLC on 15 March 2006 after retiring from Delphi. Manuel was employed by General Motors and Delphi Corporation for more that 32 years. During his career at GM/Delphi Mr. Martinez held numerous domestic and international assignments in various GM divisions. These assignments included engineering, manufacturing, quality, reliability, and commercial activities. Highlights included leadership positions in starting up new operations; Project Manager to install full manufacturing capability for a new fuel system that required more than $20M investment; Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions for Latin America; and subsequently instrumental in the formation of 'Delphi Medical Systems Corp'. Manuel also served as GM/Delphi’s representative on the Board of Directors of 3 Joint Ventures. Mr. Martinez holds a BS in Mechanical and a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Guadalajara. He completed continuing Executive Education at the University Of Rochester; and the Wharton School of Business.
Bernie Scibienski brings 30 years of automotive experience. He has held multinational leadership roles in Production Control and Logistics, Operations, Product Management, Purchasing and Mergers and Acquisitions. Bernie has worked for General Motors, Lignotock, Johnson Controls, TRW, Findlay Industries and Magna International. Most recently, with the Intier Automotive Group, Bernie was responsible for establishing and executing their Low Cost Country strategy and establishing a centralized team in China for domestic programs. He is a recipient of a US Army Scholarship; named to Who’s Who in American Universities; holds a
Bachelor degree in Business and Economics from Kettering University; completed post graduate studies at Kettering University, and The University of Phoenix.
Hao Chun has served as our Director of China Operations since our inception. In January 2004 Mr. Hao co-founded Asia Development Capital LLC. From 2003 Mr. Hao was a founding member of Pentad, Ltd, a Hong Kong Electronics outsourcing firm. From 1999 to 2002, he served as director of Costal Power, a power generating and investment facility firm where he was responsible for management of its investment portfolio in the PRC. From January 1994 through 1998, at Delphi Asia, a United Sates based company, he was responsible for overseeing various financial aspects of its China investment strategy including due diligence, auditing and post venture internal controls. Mr. Hao received a Bachelors of Arts Degree in French and English from the Beijing Languages Institute, a Masters of Arts Degree from Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Pace University.
Rodolfo Rasetti affiliated with AAP in 2006 and is responsible for our European activities. Mr. Rasetti began his career as a Platform Engineer for Alsthom in Massy, France in 1969. In 1971 Rodolfo joined GM France as a Field Engineer. In 1973 Rodolfo transferred to the AC Delco division of GM France engineering. Mr. Rasetti represented numerous components as a Sales Engineer assigned to offices in Germany as well as France. In 1984 Mr. Rasetti was named the Sales Manager for the AC Spark Plug Division in Torino Itlay. In 1987 Rodolfo was promoted to the position of AC Spark Plug Division Sales Manager in Germany. With the merger of several GM component divisions Rodolfo returned to Italy as the Sales and Marketing Manager – Italy for the AC Rochester and subsequently AC Delco Systems divisions representing Engine Management Systems, Energy Management Systems, and Exhaust Management Systems.
